That is why we guarantee you that every property you buy will be independently valued by RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and you will buy at a 15% discount to that valuation.

No Finders Fees Or Purchase Fees And Guaranteed 'Ready To Rent'

Other companies may offer higher below market value discounts but they then add finders fees of 2% - 5% of the purchase price + you pay broker fees and legal fees + the property you buy may need costly refurbishment.
