The percentage below market value ie., RICS valuation, is stated in the Below Market Value Property Details you will receive together with a full description of the property and internal and external photographs.


The RICS property valuation and rental valuation is also stated in the Below Market Property Details and these valuations are used to illustrate the gifted deposit, mortgage payment, rental income and net yield shown in the property details.


The buy to let mortgage product and interest rate quoted in the Below Market Value Property Details will be the best buy to let rate available at the time but this rate may change and the current rate will be quoted to the investor by the relevant mortgage broker.


Should an investor wish to purchase a below market value property a reservation fee must be paid. This reservation fee will be refunded to the investor if the RICS valuation required by the buyers lender differs from the figures stated in the Below Market Value Property Details.
